1. Software Services
Due to the nature of custom software development, once work has commenced, we offer partial refunds based on the percentage of work completed. If the project is delivered and matches the agreed scope, no refunds will be issued.
2. Game Topups
Automated game topup services are non-refundable once the transaction is processed on the game provider's side. If a transaction fails due to our system error, a full refund or credit will be provided.
